How to Take Shilajit

To maximise absorption, we suggest taking your dosage of Shilajit resin on an empty stomach in the morning. Simply dissolve in non-chlorinated water and drink. Remember, consistency is the key to obtaining a healthy, fit, happy lifestyle.

1. Take a Pea-sized portion of Shilajit Resin (approx 0.3g / 300mg).

2. Dissolve in water (not hot) and stir until it is amber in colour. Feel free to add honey.

What are the Ingredients?
